Partnered with an established Pharmaceutical company driven by innovative R&D with a mission of utilising ground-breaking technologies to create transformative medicines in the field of oncology, CNS, and Autoimmune Diseases "providing today's patients with medicines of the future"

The company are expanding across the US and are looking to appoint an Executive Director of Business Development to effectively impact their growth strategy.

The role requires a Mandarin speaker to support the further business development Strategy

The core responsibilities required for this role will be:

• The Senior - Executive Director of Business Development will play a key role in developing and executing the company's overall business strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and areas of innovation aligned with the company strategy
• Identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities across the CNS therapeutic area, and assets, including Out-licensing/in-licensing opportunities
• Support the drafting and negotiating of transaction term sheets utilizing creative deal structures and processes that result in business success and maximum value
• Actively involved in managing alliances and ensuring their highest chance of success
• Negotiation and structuring of licensing agreements and implementation of alliances

Qualifications:

• MD and/or Ph.D. in the biological sciences or related fields with experience in Business Development
• Must have - Scientific or clinical expertise in CNS or related fields, including the drug development and commercialization process
• Mandarin language speaking experience
