About the Role:

Our client, a premier medical systems company renowned for its innovative renal and vascular solutions, is seeking a driven and motivated Territory Manager to join their team in Sydney.

This role will focus on aligning strategies with their US counterparts and will involve working closely with their renal therapies and vascular teams.

As a Territory Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio, with a particular emphasis on vascular therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Align local strategies with broader organizational goals and US initiatives.
• Collaborate with the renal therapies and vascular teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Engage with healthcare professionals in theatre settings, demonstrating life-saving dialysis devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in vascular therapies, with a background in a similar sales role.
• Experience working with Vascular Surgeons would be desirable.
• Strong understanding of renal therapies and related medical devices.
• Comfortable and confident in theatre environments.
• Positive mindset, driven, and a strong team player.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and go the extra mile for customers.
• Previous experience in pharma or medical devices will be highly regarded.
