Job Title: Technical Transfer Engineer (Fill Finish)

Location: Brinny, Ireland (Remote with 10% travel)
Contract Duration: 12-months
Pay Rate: €52 - €62 per hour
Working Structure: Monday - Friday, 39H/W

A multinational bio-pharmaceuticals company is looking for an experienced Technical Transfer Engineer (Fill Finish) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work within the External Manufacturing (ExM) Technical Operations team, focusing on technology transfers and commercial production of sterile drug products at external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical transfers of vaccine and biologics programs to external partners.
  • Oversee the commercial manufacturing process, managing process improvements, statistical analysis, and handling change control.
  • Author and review GMP documentation, including Master Batch Records, change control, and regulatory filings.
  • Provide on-site support at external partner locations to oversee commercial production or technology transfer activities.
  • Ensure external partners meet GMP requirements and are prepared for inspections.
  • Share and implement best practices across teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a GMP-related field such as Operations, Technical Operations, Engineering, or Maintenance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fill finish technical transfer, with specific experience in vial/syringe finish, sterilisation, and aseptic manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time as required.
