Teamlead Digital Solutions & Products - MedTech (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader in Digital Solutions & Products for the medical technology sector in the Tübingen region of Germany. This newly created position offers you the opportunity to make significant contributions to digital transformation in healthcare. If you have extensive experience in digital system architecture and cloud and are ready to lead innovative projects, this role is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and Implementation: Design end-to-end digital architectures for medical products, with a focus on ensuring data security and privacy, particularly in the integration of cloud technologies with hospital IT systems.

• Technical Expertise and Compliance: Ensure that all developed digital solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including standards such as MDR and ISO 13485.

• Strategic Planning: Develop innovative strategies to implement cloud-based solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing MedTech infrastructures. Your work will support digital transformation in hospitals and other healthcare settings.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that the developed solutions meet both the technical requirements and the needs of end-users.

Your Profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital solutions architecture with a focus on cloud technologies and cyber security. Ideally, you have worked in the medical technology sector and are familiar with regulatory requirements.

• Technical Skills: Proven success in developing and implementing cloud architectures and cyber security solutions. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end digital system architectures.

• Regulatory Knowledge: A deep understanding of the regulatory requirements in the medical technology sector, ensuring all projects comply with relevant standards.

• Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is required.

• Personal Qualities: Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a solution-oriented approach to work. A degree of willingness to travel and flexibility are advantageous.
