Job Title: Sr. Manager, Medical Information

Work location: Uxbridge, London, UK (Remote)

Contract duration: 4-months (Inside IR35)

Work schedule: Monday - Friday. 37.5 H/W

Pay rate: £360 - £400/day

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Medical Information to join a multi-national bio-pharmaceuticals company on a 4-month contract. This role will support our medical information services across Asia and specific ACE countries, ensuring alignment with SOPs and local regulations. The position is remote, based in Uxbridge, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle medical enquiries and provide contact centre support.
  • Ensure services are audit-ready and comply with SOPs and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Train new hires in the international region and UK&I affiliate.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects, manage the medical information database, and ensure quality control.
  • Analyse metrics to identify trends and issues.
  • Implement new technologies for medical information provision.
  • Align support models with global and regional requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments including Global Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs.
  • Advise on and contribute to regional and global medical information strategies.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations regarding medical information dissemination and pharmaceutical industry practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical/Life Sciences, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Experience working with medical information vendors is desirable.
