JOB TITLE
Service Support Representative
JOB SUMMARY
- This is a 6 month fixed term position, full time.
- Possibility to extend beyond 6 months, based on performance.
- Medical device company
- Hybrid flexibility - 2 days WFH / 3 days in the office per week.
- Customer focused - high volume
Supporting the Customer Care Centre Coordinator with contracts.
Main responsibility is issuing agreements and service contracts via email to customers/follow up phone call after purchase orders are completed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Clear and strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Outgoing personality
- Proven customer service skills and good phone mannerism
- Thrives in fast paced environments
- Can work well in a team
- Strong admin skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Full working rights in Australia (PR/Citizen/Long-term stay visa required)
