Senior Manager Business Development - Europe

i-Pharm consulting are partnering with a Pharma CDMO group in their search for a Manager/Senior Manager of Business Development for Europe.

This role will be responsible for the small molecule drug development service sales, working with both existing accounts and developing new business in Europe.

Working alongside an existing team covering both discovery and development CDMO services, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to expand territory breadth to include all of Europe and working across across warm accounts. With a brand new offering/site recently launched for development services, this greenfield role will also be at the forefront of the highest growth area for the business.

You will spend the first 3 months working across existing businesses, to enable familiarisation of the service lines and SME's within the group. Following the induction, your target will include new business acquisition across Biotech/Pharma accounts as per your sales strategy.

Travelling for conference attendance and client meetings will be an integral part of your role - approx. 50% travel expected

Key criteria for applicants for this position:

Minimum of 3 years in market facing business development/sales role within the Drug Development space.

Experience of selling small molecule development services is required

Excellent English communication skills required

This remote working role can be based in the UK, Benelux or German regions for the right candidate.
