Are you an experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting and auditing? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that plays a central role in the operations of a global business? We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to manage the governance of our UK legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial reporting of legal entities, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Handle high-volume transactions and apply accounting treatments independently.
• Collaborate with global auditors based in Australia and audit internal balances within the company.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounting and filings – some exposure to this would be beneficial.
• Engage confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders, including presenting during audit discussions.
• Work within a central entrepreneurial entity, managing multiple currencies and gaining exposure to the broader business operations.
• Proactively ensure accuracy and precision in financial reporting, with a keen attention to detail.
• Contribute to the smooth execution of the financial processes, including mismatches and foreign exchange (FX) management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered Accountant with global environment experience (audit background is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial governance and high-volume transaction management.
• Exposure to local statutory accounting and filing would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not essential—those coming from an audit background can still be considered without SAP experience.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including business directors.
• Experience in auditing and a strong culture fit for our collaborative environment.
• Proactive, precise, and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic role
