Exciting Opportunity – Senior Brand Manager at Perrigo!
I’m delighted to be partnering with Perrigo to find a Senior Brand Manager for two of their highest-priority brands – ellaOne and Compeed! If you’re a strategic, commercially savvy marketer looking to drive brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement, this is the role for you.

About the Brands:
ellaOne – Considered one of the most effective morning-after pills available on the market with untapped potential in consumer awareness. Lead the charge in education, digital marketing, and HCP engagement to make it the go-to choice in women’s health.
Compeed – A market leader in blister, cold sore, and foot care, with strong retail presence. Drive brand expansion, consumer engagement, and category leadership through innovative marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Own & execute strategic marketing plans for both brands
- Take full P&L ownership, managing investment and profitability
- Build & execute media, retail, and digital strategies
- Collaborate with global teams while tailoring local market strategies
- Work cross-functionally to drive brand advocacy and sales growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years in marketing, preferably in consumer healthcare or OTC
🔹 Strong commercial acumen and experience driving brand growth
🔹 Proven success in strategic planning, NPD management, and digital marketing
🔹 Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
🔹 A creative, results-driven thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
