Role Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead operations in South Australia, managing a territory with a focus on OTC livestock products. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team and driving sales growth while nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of three direct reports across South Australia and Western Australia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the designated territory.
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets for OTC livestock products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategize to capture them effectively.
- Conduct regular market analysis and report on competitive activities.
- Deliver product presentations and training to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the animal health or agricultural sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in managing a sales team or leading sales operations in an agriculture-related company.
- Strong understanding of the livestock industry and OTC products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
