Job Title: Quality Control Technician III
Location: Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: €2500 - €3500 per month
Work Structure:
- Training Period: 2 months, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Post-Training Shift: 24/7 rotating shift pattern:
- Two morning shifts (07:00–15:30).
- Two evening shifts (15:00–23:30).
- Two night shifts (23:00–07:30).
- Followed by four days off, repeated every 10 days.
- Language Requirements: Dutch or English fluency.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their dynamic team at their production site in Haarlem. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring high-quality standards throughout the production process
Responsibilities:
Perform routine testing of production and final product samples following SOPs and within set timelines.
Investigate and handle deviations or out-of-specification results in accordance with quality systems.
Write, review, and approve test results.
Consult, interpret, and verify test quality, applying root cause analysis and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.
Conduct initial troubleshooting of laboratory equipment when needed.
Comply with company policies, regulations, and GMP standards during testing and decision-making.
About You:
MLO+ / HBO / Bachelor's degree in analytical or pharmaceutical chemistry (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of Pharmacopoeia methods and experience with analytical techniques such as UPLC/HPLC, TOC, and PSD.
Strong analytical mindset and a solutions-oriented approach.
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably with GMP compliance.
Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Dutch (preferred) or English, both written and spoken.
