QC Microbiology Analyst - Client Overview:

The client is a global biopharmaceutical company who is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative cancer immunotherapies - They are known for their work in developing CAR T-cell therapies, which involve modifying a patient's own immune cells to better target and destroy cancer cells.

QC Microbiology Analyst - Responsibilities:

As a QC Microbiology Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team of over 20 Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Lead Analysts, all reporting to one of the Team Leads in QC Microbiology.

• Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms.
• Conduct microbiological assays such as Gram Stain, Endotoxin, Sterility, Microbial Identification, Growth Promotion, Bioburden, and Plate Reading.
• Enter, review, and trend assay results.
• Maintain lab equipment and lab spaces.
• Support departmental projects.
• Perform other duties as required.

QC Microbiology Analyst - Qualifications:

• MLO level 4 (Vocational Training) or bachelor's degree in Microbiology preferred.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in a Microbiology lab or Environmental Monitoring.
• Proficient in microbiological techniques like air monitoring, water testing, surface monitoring, and identification of microorganisms.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and clean room operations.
• Ability to gown for clean room entry and lift approximately 12Kg.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulations, and quality control processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English (Dutch not required).
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and flexible with changing priorities.

QC Microbiology Analyst - Language Requirement:

• English B1 Level
