Job Title: Patient Safety Manager

Work location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Work structure: Monday to Friday.

Contract duration: 6-months

We are seeking an experienced Patient Safety Manager for a leading multinational bio-pharmaceuticals company, to support the BENELUX Affiliate Head of Patient Safety. This position will be based primarily in the Netherlands, with responsibilities for overseeing all local Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities in compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all local pharmacovigilance (PV) activities are compliant with global and EU safety regulations.
• Act as the local contact for the Regulatory Authority, managing safety-related queries and ensuring submission of PBRERs, PSURs, and safety signals.
• Provide strategic input into local benefit-risk decisions, RMPs, and risk minimisation activities.
• Support local compliance, including training, audits, and maintaining essential documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A scientific background with a degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
• 3-5 years of post-marketing pharmacovigilance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EU and global pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
