Job Title: Operator

24/7 shift rotation: Morning, evening, and night rotations, including weekends (M/M/E/E/N/N followed by 4 days off).

Contract Length: 12 months - initially

Pay rate: €2,600 - €3,400/month DOE (+ shift allowance)

Location: Haarlem, Netherlands

Our client, is seeking an operator to join their dedicated team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products that enhance and save lives.


Your Role

As an Operator, you'll manufacture bulk products in a sterile environment, ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Your role will involve dispensing, compounding, and filtration, directly supporting patient well-being around the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and start operations following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Dispense, compound, and filtrate sterile products.
  • Support equipment maintenance alongside the Engineering team.
  • Uphold health and safety protocols to minimise incidents.
  • Maintain accurate batch documentation and compliance with cGMP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues efficiently.
  • Ensure exceptional housekeeping standards within your area.


About You

Whether you're a recent graduate or bring experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, this role is your opportunity to grow within a globally recognised organisation.


What You Bring:

  • A degree in Engineering or Science, or relevant batch manufacturing experience.
  • Experience within a GMP environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Fluency in Dutch or English, with a willingness to improve your Dutch if needed.
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude and high performance standards.
