Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist Representative to join a high-performing and close-knit national team. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with specialists in private practices and hospitals across Victoria and Tasmania. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting an established and successful product portfolio within the immunology and dermatology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and sales growth within assigned territories.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders, specialists, and healthcare professionals in private practices and hospitals.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the national team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, including involvement in special projects, to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist Representative, with demonstrated success in engaging specialists in private practices and hospitals.
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is essential and non-negotiable.
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Open to various therapy area backgrounds.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
