As a fast-growing and well-established pharmaceutical company, they have a strong presence in the Australian hospital sector. They are seeking a dynamic Hospital Sales Representative to help further consolidate and expand their presence within hospitals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and grow their portfolio of products across public and private hospital customers.
  • Stay aware of market dynamics and identify product opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain productive and professional relationships with key hospital stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/hospital sales.
  • Demonstrated record of success in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Broad understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical landscape, including the wholesaler network.
  • Degree in Health Science or related qualification (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
