About Us:

Our client, a small but dedicated oncology-focused Contract Research Organization (CRO), is committed to advancing cancer research and improving patient outcomes through innovative clinical trials. Partnering with top pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers, they aim to bring cutting-edge treatments to market. They are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team at their Alabama site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, ICH-GCP, and institutional guidelines.
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
  • Monitor patient safety and manage adverse events reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and complete study documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other research staff to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials.
  • Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to study staff and investigators.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oncology research and clinical trial best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oncology clinical research.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
