Category Manager - Postural Care and Pediatrics
Our client is a leader in Assistive Technology and disability products. We are currently searching for a credible Category Manager to join the team in Sydney leading Postural Care and Pediatric growth.
Based in West Sydney, you will work closely with Senior leaders developing sales and marketing strategies to grow the Postural Care and Pediatric division. You will have full responsibility for strategy and reaching financial objectives, through strategic planning, commercial launch and market growth.
We required a professional with demonstrable experience in sales and marketing. This includes bringing new products to market and maximising existing product profitability. You will work with senior leaders and KOLs improving market operational excellence by understanding their needs
You will work with local and global marketing teams to advance product innovation and development. Working closely with sales teams nationally, you will be on top of commercial trends and use this information to forecast sales strategies. Previous experience of the Assistive Technology and Mobility space is essential with strong network of relevant KOLs.
Experience required:
- Strong experience working in the Assistive Technology and Disability space is essential
- Previous Category Management with a strong network of relevant KOLs
- Exceptional commercial and strategic mindset with demonstrable experience growing relevant businesses within ANZ
- Highly motivated and willing to travel extensively throughout Australia
- Experience dealing with key dealers in the Assistive Technology and Rehab space
- Bachelor's Degree or similar is essential
