In June 2021, i-Pharm Consulting was delighted to support our friends at The Effective Statistician with their inaugural Leadership Summit – an event designed to encourage and broaden the discussion on the leadership skills required of statisticians working in biopharmaceuticals.

In this paper, we share some of the key outputs from the discussion at the Summit, which we hope will help contribute to a broader conversation.
