The Challenge.
The CRO had just won a major project with a large pharmaceutical company, and they needed 20 Clinical Research Associates immediately. Essentially, they needed them yesterday. The decision was made that they would be using contractors for twelve to 18 months.
The Solution.

A detailed briefing took place to define the required skillset and discuss market conditions clearly. Although i-Pharm were up against six competitor agencies on the project, we were selected exclusively.
