The Challenge.
The client had four open positions available, but they were only interested in hiring candidates at a principal senior level. Although they made some direct hires, they struggled to find individuals with early-phase experience who had directly worked in a pharmaceutical environment.
The Solution.
Within two days of receiving the requirement, i-Pharm arranged a detailed briefing with the client. Knowing exactly the types of candidates that would suit their needs, i-Pharm went to market and contacted a candidate with whom we already had a three-month relationship.
The candidate worked at a CRO in an FSP, which meant that transitioning from a CRO environment to a pharma environment was a smooth process for her. After a one-stage interview, the client was eager to offer her the role. She had a final interview with the HR team and was offered the position within a week.
The Outcome.
Despite the fact that this client doesn't typically have a fast recruitment process, the quick turnaround was due to the perfect fit between the client's requirements and the candidate's experience.
