Our client is a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through increasing patient access to advanced therapies.
We are seeking a experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's growth and success by providing strategic HR leadership and operational support across various functions within the company across Australia and New Zealand. Based in the Sydney CBD, this is a Full Time office based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
